No commuter follow up

Someone mentioned to me that I was a little to harsh in my review of thats commuters situation. Its not to easy to simply change things.

Really the problem was that the stress involved with the whole process was causing the women to get ill. So she really needed to look at her situation and resolve what was causing the problem. Its was not simply the meeting with the boss it was her whole lifestyle.

One easy thing to examine in the big picture of that women’s lifestyle was her body and mind. Was she really happy in with her situation. Maybe she could have added something to her weekly routine that would have helped with the stress. Something like shiatsu might have really helped her out.

Adding one more thing might appear to be the solution in that situation since free time seemed to be the big problem. But maybe cutting out something and adding one 15 or 30 minute long Taijiquan session would help out. If its added at the right time of day it would not take up to much time and its benefit would be felt throughout the day.

The other obvious element to the whole problem could be diet related. Most people who work to much, commute home, see the kids, end up eating crap. Its just a function of our society that we end up eating way to much over processed food which leads to problems. Mood swings, blood sugar levels are just part of the problem. Even adding some simple natural products like Pomegranate to your daily routine can help. The antioxidant benefits may help out with numerous health problems which could give you an energy boost in the long term.
