If you have every tried looking for a car on the net you know its information overload. You usually end up finding information about the model of car but no real information that will help you find a car in your area.
If you live up north of San Fran you can get some pretty good information on the net. That’s one thing about living in Northern California and any tech heavy area you expect to find everything on the internet. I was looking for some information from one of the local dealers called Liberty Motors. My friend had bought a car from them in the past and he never had any problems with it over the years.
Another car dealer that I had heard about in the area was Crown Motors. I have seen various ads for their used cars in local newspapers so I wanted to see what cars they currently had in stock. That is one of the worst things about finding a used car. You know what model of car you are looking for but actually finding a dealer with that model in stock is a problem.
Another problem could be the description that you find about the cars. I was trying to find a nice old used Merz 300D. Thats one classic car and plus you can run the thing on the new biodiesel so although its old as hell it can still be a green car. I tried calling the folks over at Redding Motors but they thought I was nuts. No luck with them and several other car dealers in my search for the ultimate mid-seventies green machine.
